SORVETE DE MANGA
2 mangas grandes com casca
2 xícaras de açúcar
3 xícaras de água
1 sachê de gelatina sem sabor
1/2 xícara de água para hidratar a gelatina
M o d o de Preparo
Coloque a água e o açúcar numa panela, leve ao fogo e deixe formar uma calda grossa. Retire do fogo e acrescente a gelatina hidratada. Bata a manga no liquidificador e coloque na calda. Misture e deixe esfriar. Leve ao freezer. Depois de congelado, retire do freezer e bata na batedeira. Volte ao freezer. Se quiser, bata na batedeira novamente e conserve no freezer.
Nutrientes Vitaminas A e C, Folato, Potássio, Fósforo, Cálcio e Magnésio.
